基于加速康复策略的围手术期临床护理路径在胃癌患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探究基于加速康复策略的围手术期临床护理路径在胃癌患者中的应用效果。方法 纳入2020年5月至2023年5月南平市第一医院收治的胃癌手术患者112例,按随机数字表法分组,各56例。围手术期对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行基于加速康复策略的围手术期临床护理路径干预,比较两组术后康复速度、并发症发生率与护理满意度。结果 观察组术后恢复速度更快(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为5.36%,低于对照组的19.64%(P=0.022);观察组护理满意度为98.21%,高于对照组的85.71%(P=0.037)。结论 基于加速康复策略的围手术期临床护理路径干预可加快胃癌患者术后恢复速度,减少并发症发生,并提高患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of perioperative clinical nursing pathway based on accelerated rehabilitation strategy in gastric cancer patients.Methods A total of 112 gastric cancer surgery patients admitted to the Nanping First Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were included,and 56 cases each were grouped according to the randomized numerical table method.The perioperative control group performed routine nursing intervention,and the observation group performed perioperative clinical nursing pathway intervention based on accelerated recovery strategy,comparing the postoperative recovery speed,complication rate and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results The postoperative recovery speed of the observation group was faster(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.36%,which was lower than that of the control group of 19.64%(P=0.022);and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.21%,which was higher than that of the control group of 85.71%(P=0.037).Conclusions Perioperative clinical nursing pathway intervention based on accelerated recovery strategy can accelerate the speed of postoperative recovery of gastric cancer patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing care.
