中药熏洗联合雷火灸对周围性面瘫患者神经功能及护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的 讨论中药熏洗联合雷火灸对周围性面瘫患者神经功能及护理效果的影响分析。方法 前瞻性选取2020年1月至2022年12月周围性面瘫患者110例,随机分为对照组55例(常规干预措施)与研究组55例(常规干预措施+中药熏洗联合雷火灸)。观察面部神经功能、中医症状积分、护理效果。结果 干预1个月后,研究组面部神经功能Ⅰ~Ⅱ级的患者比例72.73%高于对照组的36.36%,Ⅲ~Ⅳ级的患者比例27.27%低于对照组的54.55%,Ⅴ~Ⅵ级的患者比例的0低于对照组9.09%(P<0.05);研究组眼闭合不全、外溢眼液、口角歪斜、肌肉抽搐积分均较对照组更优(P<0.05)。研究组护理效果总有效率达到100%,较对照组的90.91%更高(P<0.05)。结论 中药熏洗联合雷火灸用于周围性面瘫患者,可增强面部神经功能与护理效果,促使症状消退。Objective To discuss the impact of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with lightning fire moxibustion on the neurological function and nursing effect of patients with peripheral facial paralysis.Methods From January 2020 to December 2022,110 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were prospectively selected and randomly divided into a control group of 55 cases(routine intervention measures)and a study group of 55 cases(routine intervention measures+traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with lightning fire moxibustion).Observe facial nerve function,TCM symptom scores,and nursing effectiveness.Results After one month of intervention,the study group had a higher probability of facial nerve function gradeⅠ~Ⅱ(72.73%)compared to the control group(36.36%),a lower probability of gradeⅢ~Ⅳ(27.27%)compared to the control group(54.55%),and a lower p robability of gradeⅤ~Ⅵ(0)compared to the control group(9.09%)(P<0.05);the study group had better scores for incomplete closure,overflow of eye fluid,angular deviation,and muscle twitching compared to the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing care in the research group reached 100%,which is superior to the control group's 90.91%(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing with lightning fire moxibustion can enhance facial nerve function and nursing effect in patients with peripheral facial paralysis,and promote symptom resolution.
