磁性服务理念配合IMB模型全程化护理对老年炎症性肠炎患者的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨磁性服务理念配合信息-动机-行为(IMB)模型全程化护理对老年炎症性肠炎患者的影响。方法 纳入2022年2月至2023年7月本院救治的92例老年炎症性肠炎患者,按照随机投掷法将患者分为两组。观察组(46例)采用常规护理+磁性服务理念配合IMB模型的全程化护理,对照组(46例)采用常规护理,比较两组心理状态(GAD-7、PHQ-9)、营养状况(ALB、Hb、PA、TRF)、生存质量(IBDQ)。结果 护理12周后,观察组GAD-7评分、PHQ-9评分及ALB、Hb、PA、TRF水平均相比对照组较低,IBDQ评分相比对照组较高(P<0.05)。结论 老年炎症性肠炎患者经磁性服务理念配合IMB模型的全程化护理干预,不仅能有效调节患者的心理状态,还能纠正其营养状况,从而提高生存质量。Objective To explore the effect of magnetic service concept with information-motivation-behavior(IMB)model of totalized care on elderly patients with inflammatory bowel disease.Methods A total of 92 cases of elderly patients with inflammatory bowel disease treated in our hospital from February 2022 to July 2023 were included,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the random throw method.The observation group(46 cases)used conventional care+magnetic service concept with IMB model of holistic care,and the control group(46 cases)used conventional care,comparing the two groups in terms of psychological status(GAD-7,PHQ-9),nutritional status(ALB,Hb,PA,TRF),and quality of survival(IBDQ).Results After 12 weeks of care,the observation group had lower GAD-7 scores,PHQ-9 scores,and ALB,Hb,PA,and TRF levels compared with the control group,and higher IBDQ scores compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Elderly patients with inflammatory bowel disease can not only effectively regulate their psychological status,but also correct their nutritional status through the magnetic service concept with the IMB model of holistic nursing intervention,thus improving the quality of survival.
