手术室护理路径在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中的作用

摘　　要：目的 分析手术室护理路径用于腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的护理效果。方法 在我院2021年4月至2022年8月期间选择进行子宫肌瘤剔除术的90例患者作为此次的研究对象,随机抽签分作两组,各45例。对照组进行常规的护理措施,观察组在此基础上联合手术室护理路径,分析干预后的负面情绪评分(SDS、SAS)、身体指标变化、术中应激反应、并发症、术后疼痛评分(VAS)、住院时间、患者满意度评分情况。结果 观察组的负面情绪评分、术后VAS疼痛评分、并发症、术中应激反应发生率、住院时间均低于对照组,且观察组的满意度评分高于对照组,观察组患者的身体指标改善维持水平优于对照组,组间的对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将手术室护理路径应用在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术中,更利于稳定身体指标,降低不良反应,缩短住院时间,提升整体护理质量。Objective To analyze the nursing effect of operating room nursing path used in laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods From April 2021 to August 2022,90 patients who underwent myomectomy in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into two groups,45 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing measures.On this basis,the observation group combined with the nursing path in the operating room to analyze the negative emotion score,changes in physical indicators,intraoperative stress response,complications,postoperative VAS pain score,hospital stay Patient satisfaction score.Results The negative emotion score,postoperative VAS pain score,complications,incidence of intraoperative stress reaction,and hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the satisfaction score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the improvement and maintenance level of the physical indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group,there was a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of operating room nursing path in laparoscopic myomectomy is more conducive to stabilizing physical indicators,reducing adverse reactions,shortening hospital stay,and improving the overall quality of nursing.
