基于“互联网+”护理工作室的全流程照护管理在帕金森病患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨基于“互联网+”护理工作室的全流程照护管理在帕金森病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年6—9月在首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院住院的帕金森病患者140例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组70例和干预组70例。对照组患者实施常规护理,干预组患者在对照组基础上实施基于“互联网+”护理工作室的全流程照护管理。比较两组患者干预前及干预3个月自我管理能力[慢性病患者自我管理研究测量表(CDSMS)自我管理能力总分及其维度得分]、焦虑情况[焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分]、抑郁情况[抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分]及服药依从性。结果 干预3个月,干预组CDSMS总分及日常生活行为管理、认知症状管理、疾病管理维度得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预3个月,干预组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组服药依从性优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于“互联网+”护理工作室的全流程照护管理可有效提高帕金森病患者自我管理能力,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者服药依从性。Objective To investigate the application effect of whole-process care management based on"internet+"nursing studio on patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods A total of 140 patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to Beijing Tiantan Hospital,Capital Medical University from June to September 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into control group of 70 cases and intervention group of 70 cases using a random number table method.The patients in control group were received usual care,the patients in intervention group were received whole-process care management based on"internet+"nursing studio on the basis of the control group.The self-management ability[total score of Chronic Disease Self-Management Study Measures(CDSMS)self-management ability and its dimensions scores],anxiety[Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score],depression[Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)score]before intervention and 3 months of intervention,and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results At 3 months of intervention,the total score of CDSMS self-management ability,daily life behavior management dimension score,cognitive symptom management dimension score,and disease management dimension score of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months of intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The medication compliance of patients in the intervention group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-process care management based on"internet+"nursing studio can effectively improve the self-management ability of patients with Parkinson's disease,alleviate anxiety and depression emotion,and improve medication compliance.
