摘　　要：阐述新型智慧城市总体技术实施框架,“端-边-网-云-智”的技术架构,呈现出应用场景的多层次、技术需求的复合型特点。探讨智慧治理、智慧民生和智慧产业的5G与多层次应用场景案例。This paper describes the overall technology implementation framework of the new smart city,with a technical architecture of"end,edge,network,cloud,intelligence",presenting a multi-level application scenario and a composite feature of technical requirements.It explores 5G and multi-level application scenarios for smart governance,smart people's livelihoods,and smart industries.
