增强职业教育适应性的校企党建共建机制探析——以天津轻工职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：立足新时代产教融合视角,在充分调研的基础上,结合天津轻工职业技术学院实践,总结现阶段职业教育适应性在校企党建共建工作中的凸显情况,研究分析校企党建共建在增强职业教育适应性方面存在的问题,进而探索以“党建共建一平台三机制”(搭建党建共建平台,形成资源共享、人才共育、成果共创机制)模式助力增强职业教育适应性。From the perspective of the integration of industry and education in the new era,and based on survey,combined with the practice of Tianjin Light Industry Vocational Technical College,we summarise the importance of the adaptability of vocational education in the work of school-enterprise party building,We analyse the problems that exist in improving the adaptability of vocational education through school-enterprise party building,and then explore the mode of"party building,one platform and three mechanisms"(building a platform for party building and forming a mechanism for resource sharing,talent training and performance creation)to help improve the adaptability of vocational education.
