中职学生体育行为习惯培育的路径探析

摘　　要：学生能顺利完成学习任务是以良好的学习行为习惯为基础的。在中等职业学校的体育教学中,体育行为习惯的培育同样重要。本文在采用调查问卷方式对电子计算机职专职一、职二两个年级学生的体育行为习惯进行调研基础上,分析了中职学生体育行为习惯与健康现状的关系,找出了中职学生体育行为中存在的问题,探析了养成良好的体育习惯的路径。Students'ability to successfully complete learning tasks is based on good learning behavioural habits.In the physical education of secondary vocational schools,the cultivation of sports behavior is equally important.In this paper,on the basis of the survey questionnaire on the physical education behavior of students of electronic computer vocational school in two grades,we analyze the relationship between the physical education behavior of students in secondary vocational school and their health status,find out the problems in the physical education behavior of students in secondary vocational school,and analyze the way of cultivating good physical education habits.
