摘 要:目的:探究苦杏仁苷改善瘀热互结证的作用机制。方法:将50只SPF级雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、苦杏仁苷高剂量组、苦杏仁苷低剂量组和阳性对照组,正常对照组大鼠不做特殊处理,模型组大鼠尾静脉注射0.9%氯化钠溶液,苦杏仁苷高剂量组大鼠尾静脉注射苦杏仁苷40mg/kg,苦杏仁苷低剂量组大鼠尾静脉注射苦杏仁苷20mg/kg,阳性对照组大鼠灌服阿司匹林100mg/kg,并于给药3d后,通过皮下注射20%活性干酵母溶液建立瘀热互结证模型,对比各组大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平。结果:模型组SOD活力值低于正常对照组,苦杏仁苷高剂量组、苦杏仁苷低剂量组和阳性对照组SOD活力值均高于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各组MDA水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),各组间两两比较,苦杏仁苷高剂量组和阳性对照组MDA水平低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。苦杏仁苷高剂量组血清IL-6水平低于正常对照组、模型组、苦杏仁苷低剂量组及阳性对照组,苦杏仁苷低剂量组血清IL-6水平低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。各组间血清TNF-α水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),各组间两两比较,阳性对照组血清TNF-α水平低于模型组。模型组血清VEGF水平低于正常对照组,苦杏仁苷低剂量组、苦杏仁苷高剂量组与阳性对照组血清VEGF水平均高于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:苦杏仁苷改善瘀热互结证作用可能与其能够上调SOD活力和VEGF水平以及下调MDA和IL-6水平有关。Objective This study aims to explore the mechanism of amygdalin in improving Stasis-Heat Mutual Restraint Syndrome.Methods Fifty SPF male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,high-dose amygdalin group,low-dose amygdalin group and positive control group.The rats in the normal control group were not given special treatment.The rats in the model group were injected with normal saline through the tail vein.The rats in the high-dose amygdalin group were injected with 40 mg/kg amygdalin through the tail vein.The rats in the low-dose amygdalin group were injected with 20 mg/kg amygdalin through the tail vein.The rats in the positive control group were given aspirin 100 mg/kg.After 3 days of administration,the model of blood stasis and heat syndrome was established by subcutaneous injection of 20%active dry yeast solution.The levels of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in each group were compared.Results The SOD activity value of the model group was lower than that of the normal control group.The SOD activity values of the amygdalin high-dose group,the amygdalin low-dose group and the positive control group were higher than those of the model group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The MDA level of the amygdalin high-dose group and the positive control group was lower than that of the model group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum IL-6 level in the high-dose amygdalin group was lower than that in the normal control group,the model group,the low-dose amygdalin group and the positive control group.The serum IL-6 level in the low-dose amygdalin group was lower than that in the model group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in serum TNF-αlevels between the groups(P>0.05).The serum TNF-αlevel in the positive control group was lower than that in the model group.The serum VEG
