提高中医大学生针灸基本技能教学方法的探析

摘　　要：作为中医的一个重要分支,中医药大学教师有责任在相关针灸知识的教学中帮助学生实现心理转换,提高其针灸基本技能素养,让他们有足够的职业认同感,为将来打下坚实的基础,使学生在后续的针灸临床实践中能更有效地提高学习质量。对于中医专业的学生来说,进行必要的实践操作可以提高解决临床问题的能力。对于教师来说,要从改革的角度出发,加强理论与实践的联系,采取必要的手段改革教学体系,调动学生的积极性,达到学以致用的效果。实训课程是深化实践操作的重要环节。基于以上分析,作者认为,改革针灸和推拿教学,提高大学生的针灸基本功,是当前工作的重点。As an important branch of traditional Chinese medicine,teachers in university of Chinese medicine have a responsibility in acupuncture knowledge teaching to help students realize the psychological transformation,improve the students' basic skills of acupuncture and moxibustion accomplishment,let them have enough professional identity,to lay a solid foundation for the future,in the subsequent acupuncture clinical practice more effectively and improve the quality of teaching.For students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine,necessary practice can improve their ability to solve clinical problems.For teachers,from the perspective of teaching reform,strengthening the connection between theory and practice and taking necessary means to reform the teaching system can mobilize students' enthusiasm and achieve the effect of applying what they learn.Practical training course is an important link to deepen practical operation.Based on the above analysis,the author believes that the key point of current work is to reform the teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion and massage and improve the basic skills of acupuncture and moxibustion in college students.
