摘  要:目前国家对高校中西医结合型人才的培养、中西医结合教学质量提高非常重视,已经把发展中西医结合事业的重要性提升到了国家战略层面。有关通过有效途径和方法提升中医药院校青年教师中西医结合临床教学能力的需求十分迫切。文章将从中西医结合教育教学基本现状,青年教师临床教学存在的基本问题,帮助青年教师把握好教育方向、加强思政教育,加快中西医结合青年教师队伍建设,提高青年教师中西医结合基本理论和临床技能水平,把握好课堂教学、提升教学质量,善于理论与实践相结合7个方面来探索提升青年教师中西医结合临床教学能力的方法及途径。At present,the government attaches great importance to the cultivation of talents of integrate traditional Chinese and Western medicine in colleges,as well as the improvement of their teaching quality.Developing the cause of integrate traditional Chinese and Western medicine has been raised to the national strategy.It is urgent to improve the clinical teaching ability of young teachers of integrate traditional Chinese and Western medicine through effective ways and methods.This article will discuss the basic current situation of integrate traditional Chinese and Western medicine education and teaching,the basic problems existing in the teaching of young teachers,helping young teachers to grasp the direction of education and strengthen ideological and political education,accelerating team building of young teachers;improving young teachers' basic theory and clinical skills of integrate traditional Chinese and Western medicine,enhancing their ability of classroom teaching,combining theory with practice to explore methods and approaches to improve young teachers' clinical teaching ability of integrate traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
