上下颌骨矢状向及垂直向差异与下唇厚度的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的研究上下颌骨矢状向差异指标(ANB角和Wits值)及垂直向指标(高角、均角、低角)与面部软组织下唇厚度的相关性。方法选取2015年1月至2018年12月杭州牙博艺口腔门诊部就诊的患者120例,按照其下颌平面角的不同分为高角、均角、低角三组,在这三组中分别测量上下颌骨矢状向差异指标(ANB值与Wits值)与下唇厚度(基底部厚度D1、唇红部厚度D2),采用Pearson Correlation分析法,分析两者是否存在一定相关性。结果在上下颌骨矢状向差异的指标中,Wits值与ANB角对D1无明显相关性(P>0.05),与D2存在相关性(P<0.05),且Wits值比ANB角相对更为敏感(P<0.05)。在上下颌骨垂直向差异的指标中,低角组Wits值、ANB角与D2有相关性(P<0.05)。均角组和高角组下唇厚度与Wits值、ANB角均无明显相关性(P<0.05)。各组间下唇厚度的单因素方差分析显示各组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论不同垂直骨面型患者下唇厚度的差异不明显。在低角组中,下唇厚度与上下颌骨矢状向指标的差值有正相关性。Wits值比ANB角在下唇厚度相关性的测量中更敏感。Objective To investigate the correlation between sagittal differences of mandibular(ANB Angle and Wits value)and vertical(high,average and low angles)and the thickness of the lower lip of facial soft tissue was studied.Methods A total of 120 patients were selected from 2015-2018 to Hangzhou Yaboyi Oral Department.According to their mandibular plane angles,they were divided into three groups:the high angle group,the average angle group and the low angle group.Sagittal differences between the upper and lower jaws(ANB and WITS values)and lower lip thickness(basement thickness D1,vermilion thickness D2)were measured in the three groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze that whether there was a certain correlation between them.Results As for the sagittal difference between the upper and lower jaws,Wits value and ANB angle were not significantly correlated with the D1(P>0.05),but with D2,and Wits value was more sensitive than ANB angle(P<0.05).As for the vertical difference between the upper and lower jaws,in the low Angle group,Wits value and ANB Angle were correlated with D2(P<0.05).There was no obvious correlation between lower lip thickness and Wits value and ANB Angle in both the average and high angle groups(P<0.05).One-way ANOVA of lower lip thickness showed no significant difference among groups(P>0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference in the thickness of the lower lip among patients with different vertical bone types.In the low angle group,there is a positive correlation between the thickness of the lower lip and the difference of the sagittal index of the upper and lower mandible.Wits value is more sensitive than ANB Angle in the measurement of the thickness correlation of lower lip.
