rTMS治疗对脑梗死睡眠障碍患者睡眠结构的影响

摘　　要：目的探究重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)治疗对脑梗死睡眠障碍患者睡眠结构的影响作用,为临床治疗提供科学依据。方法筛选60例于本院就诊的合并睡眠障碍的脑梗死患者,分为对照组和rTMS组,每组各30例。两组在治疗前、后均采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)及多导睡眠图评价临床疗效。结果治疗前两组PSQI评分、入睡潜伏期、觉醒次数、睡眠效率、总睡眠时间各指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组PSQI评分及各项睡眠指标均较治疗前有改善,且rTMS组各评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。rTMS组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论rTMS治疗对脑梗死睡眠障碍患者睡眠结构紊乱具有明确疗效,可提高患者睡眠质量。Objective To investigate the effect of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on sleep structure of patients with cerebral infarction with sleep disturbance.To provide scientific basis for clinical treatment.Methods 60 patients with cerebral infarction with sleep disorder were collected from October 2018 to December 2020,and were divided into the control group and the rTMS group,30 cases each.Before and after the treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and polysomnography were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results There was no significant difference in PSQI score,sleep latency,number of wakefulness,sleep efficiency and total sleep time between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).After the treatment,the PSQI scores and various sleep indexes of the two groups were improved compared with those before the treatment,and the scores of the rTMS group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of rTMS group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion rTMS therapy has definite effect on sleep structure disorder in patients with cerebral infarction,and can improve the sleep quality of patients.
