摘 要:目的评估含磷酸酯活性单体(MDP)的底涂剂与树脂水门汀在不同的组合形式中,对氧化锆(ZrO_(2))与树脂即刻粘接强度的影响。方法制作挑选56个ZrO_(2)样本(0.9 cm×0.9 cm×0.3 cm),根据人工唾液污染后是否使用清洁剂Zirclean,随机分成A(否)、B(是)两组,各组内再随机分成4个小组,共8组(n=7),分别为A1、B1组(均含MDP的底涂剂和树脂水门汀)、A2、B2组(仅含MDP树脂水门汀)、A3、B3组(仅含MDP底涂剂)、A4、B4组(不含MDP的底涂剂和树脂水门汀)。利用硬质聚乙烯管制作56个树脂柱(d=4 mm,h=4 mm),打磨抛光后与样本粘接后包埋。测量剪切粘接强度(SBS)并将所得数据行统计学分析,同时观察断裂模式。结果是否使用清洁剂与不同材料组合形式之间交互作用无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A、B组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且A4、B4组分别低于A1、B1组、A2、B2组和A3、B3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余各组两两比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A、B组间两两相比SBS值的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且B组SBS高于A组。断裂模式显示除A2、B1、B2、B3组存在少数混合破坏外,总的结果以界面破坏为主,统计学分析结果显示各组破坏情况之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论含有MDP的底涂剂或粘接树脂可以一定程度上提高ZrQ2与树脂之间的即刻粘接强度,叠加使用或仅使用其中之一对其的即刻粘接强度影响无差异,清洁剂Zirclean的使用对其即刻粘接强度有一定的提升作用。Objective To evaluate the effect of substrate coating containing phosphate ester active monomer(MDP)and resin cement on the immediate bonding strength between zirconia(ZrO_(2))and resin in different combinations.Methods A total of 56 ZrO_(2) samples(0.9 cm×0.9 cm×0.3 cm)were made and selected.According to whether the cleaning agent Zirclean was used after the artificial saliva contamination,they were randomly divided into two groups:A(no)and B(yes).Each group was randomly divided into 4 groups,with a total of 8 groups(n=7),which were respectively A1,B1 group(both containing MDP primer and resin cement),A2,B2 group(only MDP resin cement),A3,B3 group(only containing MDP primer),A4,B4 group(without MDP primer and resin cement).Fifty-six resin columns(d=4 mm,h=4 mm)were made of rigid polyethylene pipes,and they were ground and polished,bonded to the sample,and embedded.Shear bond strength(SBS)was measured and obtained data were statistically analyzed,and the fracture mode was observed.Results There was no significant interaction between detergent and different material combinations(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in group A and B(P<0.05),and group A4 and B4 were lower than those in group A1,B1,A2,B2 and A3,B3,respectively(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in other groups(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in SBS values between groups A and B(P<0.05),and SBS of group B was higher than that of group A.The fracture mode showed that except for a few mixed failures in groups A2,B1,B2 and B3,the overall results were mainly interface failures.Statistical analysis results showed that there was no statistical significance between the failure conditions of each group(P>0.05).Conclusion Primer or adhesive resin containing MDP can improve the immediate bonding strength between ZrO_(2) and resin to a certain extent.There is no difference in the effect of stacking or using only one of them on the immediate bonding strength.The use of cleaning agent Zirclean can improve t
