摘 要:N6-甲基腺嘌呤(m6A)修饰已经成为真核生物mRNA中最丰富的表观修饰之一,受m6A甲基转移酶和去甲基化酶的调控。其通过非常精细的机制调节决定细胞命运的RNA的生理和生化状态。在妇科肿瘤中,m6A修饰相关分子呈异常表达,显著影响肿瘤细胞靶点的转录后甲基化水平及稳定性。本文从m6A修饰领域的发展过程、生物学功能、作用机制及在妇科癌症中的相关进展等方面作一综述,以期为妇科癌症的早期诊断及靶向治疗引导新的方向。N6-methyladenosine(m6A)has become one of the most abundant epigenetic modifications in eukaryotic mRNA,regulated by m6A methyltransferase and demethylase.It regulates the physiological and biochemical status of RNA that determines cell fate through very precise mechanisms.In gynecological tumors,m6A modification related molecules exhibit abnormal expression,significantly affecting the post transcriptional methylation level and stability of tumor cell targets.This article provides a review of the development process,biological functions,mechanisms of action,and related advances in the field of m6A modification in gynecological cancer,aiming to guide new directions for early diagnosis and targeted treatment of gynecological cancer.
