摘　　要：目的 探析颅脑损伤伴昏迷患者重复经颅刺激+针灸的治疗效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年1月的新余市人民医院收治的64例颅脑损伤伴昏迷患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各32例。对照组采用针灸治疗,观察组联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗。比较两组的促醒效果、格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)、脑电图功率。结果 观察组促醒有效率、GCS评分高于对照组,Fpl、F3、F7及T3水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 重复经颅刺激配合针灸治疗促醒效果显著,改善患者脑电图功率,值得临床借鉴。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of repetitive transcranial stimulation and acupuncture on craniocerebral injury patients with coma.Methods A total of 64 patients with craniocerebral injury and coma admitted to Xinyu People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2020 were selected as research objects,they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the observation group was treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation.The awakening effect,Glasgow coma scale(GCS) and electroencephalogram power were compared between the two groups.Results The efficiency of anakening promotion and GCS score of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the levels of Fpl,F3,F7 and T3 were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of repetitive transcranial stimulation combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on arousal is significant,and the electroencephalogram power is improved,which is worthy of clinical reference.
