摘  要:培养创新能力强的应用型护理人才是新医科背景下护理人才的培养目标。医学微生物实验是护理专业的基础课程,集应用性和实践性于一体,培养了学生的实践动手能力和解决问题的能力。为了更好地提升学生实践创新的能力,实现课程的人才培养目标和强化护理学生的岗位胜任力,课题组将医学微生物学科研课题式实验体系应用于护理学生的实验教学中,通过实验设计、实验操作、数据分析和论文撰写的课题研究过程,提升学生自主学习、积极思考和实践论证的能力,锻炼创新思维和科研实践能力,增强学生的综合素养的同时,课程教学质量也得以提高,教学改革成效初显。Under the background of New Medicine,the development of practical nursing talents with innovative skills has become the training objective in the discipline of nursing.Medical microbiology experiment,a basic course for nursing majors,integrates application and practicality,and it develops hands-on skills and problem-solving abilities in the students.The research team introduced the experimental system driven by scientific research projects into the experimental teaching of medical microbiology for nursing students,aiming to enhance students’practical and innovative skills,achieve the talent training objectives,and improve the post competence of nursing students.Being involved in the whole research process of experimental design,experimental operation,data analysis,and paper writing,the students improved their abilities of autonomous learning,active thinking,and practical reasoning.The students improved their innovative thinking,practice ability in scientific research,and comprehensive literacy.Meanwhile,the teaching quality was improved and teaching reform has proven effective.
