康复新液在Hp感染性胃溃疡中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析探讨康复新液在幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染性胃溃疡中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月确山县人民医院收治的62例Hp感染性胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法将其分为观察组(31例)与对照组(31例),对照组患者采用奥美拉唑四联疗法治疗,观察组患者在奥美拉唑四联疗法治疗的基础上联合应用康复新液,对比观察两组患者血清炎症因子及胃肠激素水平、临床疗效、Hp转阴率及复阳率。结果治疗4周后,观察组患者血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MOT)水平均明显低于对照组(t=9153、13644、18528,P均<0001);观察组患者痊愈16例、显效7例、有效6例、无效2例,明显优于对照组患者的痊愈10例、显效5例、有效7例、无效9例(Z=-2206,P=0027);观察组患者Hp转阴率为7419%,明显高于对照组患者的Hp转阴率4839%(χ^(2)=4351,P=0037)。治疗结束后3个月,观察组患者Hp复阳率为870%,明显低于对照组患者的Hp复阳率4000%(χ^(2)=5353,P=0021)。结论在奥美拉唑四联疗法基础上联合应用康复新液治疗Hp感染性胃溃疡,可有效降低炎症因子水平,改善胃肠激素水平,提高Hp转阴率,降低Hp复阳率,疗效显著。Objective To analyze the application effect of Kangfuxin Solution in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)-infected gastric ulcers.Methods 62 patients with Hp-infected gastric ulcers,admitted to People’s Hospital of Queshan from January 2021 to January 2022,were enrolled as research subjects and divided into study group(n=31)and control group(n=31)according to the different treatments they received.Patients in the control group were treated with omeprazole-based quadruple therapy,while patients in the study group received omeprazole-based quadruple therapy in combination with Kangfuxin Solution.The levels of serum inflammatory factors and gastrointestinal hormones,clinical efficacy,Hp negative conversion and re-positive rate of patients were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MOT)of patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=9153,13644 and 18528,all P<0001);16 patients were cured,7 patients were markedly effective,6 patients were effective,and 2 patients were ineffective in the study group,much better than that in the control group(Z=-2206,P=0027)-10 patients cured,5 patients markedly effective,7 patients effective,and 9 patients ineffective.The Hp negative conversion rate of patients in the study group was 7419%,which was obviously higher than the corresponding 4839%in the control group(χ^(2)=4351,P=0037).Three months after the end of treatment,the re-positive rate of patients in the study group was 870%,significantly lower than the 4000%in the control group(χ^(2)=5353,P=0021).Conclusion Combining Kangfuxin Solution with omeprazole-based quadruple therapy in the treatment of Hp-infected gastric ulcers can effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and Hp re-positive rate,improve gastrointestinal hormone level,enhance Hp negative conversion rate,and the clinical efficacy is definite.
