摘　　要：目的探究超声乳化联合小梁切除术与超声乳化结合房角分离术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的效果。方法选取2016年11月至2021年11月建湖建阳眼科医院收治的72例急性闭角型青光眼并白内障患者(96眼)作为研究对象,随机分为切除组与分离组,每组36例(48眼)。切除组行超声乳化联合小梁切除术,分离组行超声乳化联合房角分离术。比较两组临床疗效、前房状态情况、眼部功能、并发症发生情况及满意度。结果分离组治疗总有效率为97.22%,高于切除组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,分离组房角开放范围大于切除组,中央前房深度深入切除组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,分离组眼压低于切除组,视力大于切除组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分离组并发症发生率为5.56%,低于切除组的27.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分离组手术安全性、手术有效性、眼部舒适度、眼部功能满意度均高于切除组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗急性闭角型青光眼并白内障效果显著,可改善患者中央前房深度,维持良好的视力状态,且能减少眼部并发症,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effects of phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy and phacoemulsification combined with angle separation surgery in the treatment of acute angle closure glaucoma complicated with cataract.Methods 72 patients(96 eyes)with acute angle closure glaucoma complicated with cataracts admitted to Jianhu Jianyang Ophthalmology Hospital from November 2016 to November 2021 were selected as the study subjects,they were randomly divided into the resection group and the separation group,with 36 cases(48 eyes)in each group.The resection group underwent phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy,while the separation group underwent phacoemulsification combined with angle separation,the clinical efficacy,anterior chamber condition,eye function,incidence of complications,and satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate in the separation group was 97.22%,which was higher than 77.78%in the resection group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after operation,the open angle range was larger than that in the resection group,and the depth of the central anterior chamber was deeper than that in the resection group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after operation,the intraocular pressure was lower than that in the resection group,and the visual acuity was larger than that in the resection group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the separation group was 5.56%,which was lower than 27.78%in the resection group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);satisfaction with the safety,effectiveness,eye comfort,and eye function in the separation group were higher than those in the resection group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with angle separation surgery has significant effect in the treatment of acute angle closure glaucoma with cataracts,can improve the depth of the central anterior cha
