奥美拉唑治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的胃溃疡患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探究奥美拉唑治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的胃溃疡患者的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2021年1月丰城市人民医院收治的100例Hp感染的胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为实验组与参照组,每组50例。实验组给予奥美拉唑治疗,参照组给予法莫替丁药物治疗,比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、炎症指标[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)]、Hp清除情况、满意度及心理评分[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、疾病进展恐惧量表(FoP-Q)]。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于参照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为8.00%,低于参照组的34.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组IL-6、CRP、IL-2水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组IL-6、CRP、IL-2水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Hp清除率为94.00%,高于参照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度为94.00%,高于参照组的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组SDS、FoP-Q、SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组SDS、FoP-Q、SAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥美拉唑治疗Hp感染的胃溃疡疗效确切,可有效缓解患者恶心、胃胀、呕吐、胃痛等症状,降低不良反应发生率,最大程度的减轻炎症反应,具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of omeprazole in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infected patients with gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 100 HP infected gastric ulcer patients admitted to People's Hospital of Fengcheng City from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the experimental group and the reference group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with omeprazole,and the reference group was treated with famotidine,the clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions,inflammation index(interleukin-6[IL-6],C-reaction protein[CRP],interleukin-2[IL-2]),Hp clearance score,satisfaction and psychological score(self-rating anxiety scale[SAS],self-rating depression scale[SDS],fear of progression questionnaireshort form[FoP-Q])were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 70.00%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.00%,which was lower than 34.00%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in IL-6,CRP and IL-2 levels between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of IL-6,CRP and IL-2 of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Hp clearance rate in the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction in the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than 72.00%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in SDS,FoP-Q,SAS scores between the two groups;after treatment,the scores of SDS
