摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺混合型癌的临床病理特征,以期提高对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析2011年1月至2021年12月河南科技大学第一附属医院诊断的27例乳腺混合型癌患者的临床资料,分析病理镜下和免疫组化表达情况。结果乳腺混合型癌表现为乳腺活动欠佳的质硬肿物,病理诊断为浸润性癌+黏液癌14例、浸润性导管癌+微乳头状癌4例、浸润性导管癌+小叶癌3例、浸润性癌+鳞癌5例、导管内癌+浸润性小叶癌1例。免疫组化管腔A型3例,管腔B型18例,人表皮生长因子受体-2(HER-2)过表达型3例,基底细胞样型1例。结论乳腺混合型癌临床表现无特异性,是一组不同的乳腺恶性肿瘤,镜下表现及免疫组化表达情况各异。诊断依靠组织病理学及免疫组化表达。Objective To explore the clinical and pathological characteristics of mixed breast cancer in order to improve understanding of the disease.Method A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 27 patients with mixed breast cancer diagnosed at the First Affiliated Hospital of He'nan University of Science and Technology from January 2011 to December 2021.Pathological microscopy and immunohistochemical expression were analyzed.Results Mixed breast cancer presents as a hard mass with poor breast activity,the pathological diagnosis of were 14 cases of invasive carcinoma+mucinous carcinoma,4 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma+micropapillary carcinoma,3 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma+lobular carcinoma,5 cases of invasive carcinoma+squamous cell carcinoma,1 cases of intraductal carcinoma+invasive lobular carcinoma.There were 3 cases of immunohistochemical luminal type A,18 cases of luminal type B,3 cases of HER-2 overexpression,and 1 case of basal cell like type.Conclusion The clinical manifestations of mixed breast cancer are non-specific,and it is a group of different breast malignancies with varying microscopic manifestations and immunohistochemical expression,diagnosis relies on histopathology and immunohistochemical expression.
