摘 要:作为我国教育对外开放的重要组成部分,来华留学生教育教育质量和水平既是我国高等教育整体质量的子集,也是我国高等教育国际化的重要体现。近年来,农业高校的来华留学生数量持续增长,涉及的国别多元、学科多样,留学生教育层次和认知水平也不尽相同,培养过程复杂且影响因素众多。农业高校在来华留学生教育质量持续改进的体制机制建设方面仍然面临挑战。文章基于培养全球胜任力的国际化农业人才目标,探索将PDCA循环法与留学生教育管理流程融合,合理配置国际化教育资源,加强来华留学生教育管理体制机制、核心内容和教育管理质量持续改进的质量文化建设,推动来华留学生教育从规模扩张到提质增效的转型。The international student education is an important part of the national strategy.Its quality and level of education in China are not only a subset of the overall quality of China s higher education,but also an important embodiment of the internationalization of China s higher education.In recent years,the number of international agriculture student increases continuously,it involves multicomponent nations and diverse subjects,the educational level and cognitive level of international student are also different,the training process is complex,and the influence factor is numerous.Agricultural universities still face challenges in the establishment of institutional mechanisms for the continuous improvement of the quality of international student education in China.Based on the goal of cultivating international agricultural talents with global competency,this article explores the integration of the PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act)cycle method with the management process of international student education to properly allocate international education resources,strengthen the management system and mechanism,core content,and quality culture construction of education management for international students in China,and promote the transformation of international student education in China from scale expansion to quality improvement.
