摘　　要：为增强司法职业教育适应性,回应我国互联网司法实践中在线异步审理模式发展,有必要结合虚拟仿真等数智化技术,探索以“错时”加“隔空”为特征的在线异步实训教学模式。相较于法律诊所和模拟法庭等线下即时实训,在线异步实训具有时空异步、高度书面和案由明确的显著优势,不仅使实训教学从物理实体空间转换到网络虚拟空间,且从时间维度重塑了以往司法职业教育实训教学的表现形式。未来在线异步实训模式将同传统实训教学模式融合,主要用于简单法律场景实训和大型庭审实训课前准备。探索在线异步实训教学模式路径,能助力司法职业教育的标准化发展,从而为司法职业教育专门实训系统的研发、内容建设和资源供给提供新思路。In order to enhance the adaptability of judicial vocational education and respond to the development of online asynchronous trial models in China’s Internet judicial practice,it is necessary to use digital and intelligent technologies such as virtual simulation to explore an online asynchronous practical teaching model in“separated time”and“separated space”.Compared with offline real-time training such as legal clinics and moot courts,online asynchronous training has significant advantages such as asynchrony in time and space,written form,and clear case cause.It not only transforms practical teaching from physical space to online virtual space,but also reshapes the form of practical teaching in judicial vocational education.In the future,online asynchronous training will integrate with traditional practical teaching,playing a role in simple legal scenario training and preparation for large-scale court trial training.Exploration of online asynchronous practical teaching can help the standardized development of judicial vocational education,thereby providing new ideas for the research and development,content construction and resource supply of specialized practical teaching systems for judicial vocational education.
