儿童睑板腺囊肿与蠕形螨感染的相关关系分析

摘　　要：目的分析儿童睑板腺囊肿与蠕形螨感染之间的关系。方法研究选取中山大学附属第五医院2018年9月至2021年8月收治的40例睑板腺囊肿患儿作为研究组,同时选取40例斜视儿童作为对照组,比较2组患儿的蠕形螨感染情况。结果研究组的蠕形螨感染(82%,33/40)比例高于对照组(2%,1/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=25.638,P<0.05)。结论蠕形螨感染多见于睑板腺囊肿儿童,是睑板腺囊肿发病的主要原因之一。Objective To analyze the relationship between meibomian cyst and demodex mite infection in children.Methods A total of 80 children admitted to Zhuhai Aier Eye Hospital from September 2018 to August 2021 were selected,including 40 children with meibomian cyst and 40 children as the control group,and the num-ber of cases of vermiform mite infection in the two groups was compared.Results the cases of demodex infection in the children with meibomian cyst were significantly higher(82%,33/40)than those in the healthy group(2%,1/40,P<0.05).Conclusion Vermiform mite infection is one of the main causes of meibomian cyst in children.
