摘　　要：选取中国医药制造行业2008—2017年80家上市公司的502个研发联盟样本,基于动态视角,探讨连续研发联盟新伙伴规模均值和新伙伴规模波动两个维度对企业突破性创新绩效的影响.实证结果表明:前者对企业突破性创新绩效有显著的负向作用;后者对企业突破性创新绩效有显著的正向作用,当新伙伴规模均值较大时,其波动增加显著正向增强企业突破性创新绩效.Using a sample of 502 R&D alliances involving 80 listed companies in China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry from 2008 to 2017,this study examines the impact of two dimensions,namely the mean size and fluctuation of new partner size in continuous R&D alliances,on the breakthrough innovation performance of enterprises from a dynamic perspective.Empirical findings indicate that the mean new partner size of R&D alliances has a significant negative impact on the breakthrough innovation performance of enterprises.Conversely,the fluctuation of new partner size has a significant positive effect on breakthrough innovation performance.Moreover,an increase in fluctuation significantly and positively enhances breakthrough innovation performance when the mean value of the new partner size is larger.
