摘 要:饮用水消毒副产物(disinfection by-products,DBPs)在消毒后的饮用水中广泛存在。饮用水中仍有大量未知DBPs,它们具有潜在毒性,危害人类健康。目前未知DBPs的鉴定主要由质谱来实现,分析方式有靶向分析和非靶向分析。靶向分析对于DBPs定量分析具有非常好的灵敏度,但是对于未知DBPs的涵盖范围有限。非靶标分析具有很宽的分析面,但是灵敏度低于靶向分析,更适合定性分析未知DBPs。本文从非靶标分析的流程出发,从样品前处理、质谱类型等角度对近5年来非靶标分析饮用水中未知DBPs的研究进展进行了综述,并展望了未来非靶标分析方式在饮用水中未知DBPs分析研究方面的作用。Disinfection by-products(DBPs)widely exist in disinfected drinking water.There are still a large number of unknown DBPs in drinking water,which have potential toxicity and harms to human health.Currently,the identification of unknown DBPs is mainly performed by mass spectrometry,and the analysis method include targeted and non-targeted analysis.Targeted analysis shows excellent sensitivity for DBPs quantitative analysis,but has limited coverage for unknown DBPs.Non-targeted analysis offers a broad analytical scope,but its sensitivity is lower than that of targeted analysis,making it more suitable for the qualitative analysis of un-known DBPs.Based on the workflow of non-target analysis,this article reviews the research advances on non-target analysis for un-known DBPs in drinking water in the past five years from the aspects of sample pretreatment and different types of mass spectrometry,and discusses the role of non-target analysis for unknown DBPs in drinking water in the future.
