摘  要:以果蝇为模式生物,探究了蓝靛果原浆的抗衰老作用。果蝇按雌雄分组后,随机分为空白对照组以及低、中、高剂量组进行生存实验,并测定果蝇体内的抗氧化酶活力及丙二醛含量。与对照组相比,中、高剂量组雄果蝇的平均最长寿命分别显著延长了9.83%(P<0.05)、12.56%(P<0.05),中、高剂量组雌果蝇的平均最长寿命分别显著延长了16.92%(P<0.05)、17.41%(P<0.05)。抗氧化实验结果显示,饲喂蓝靛果原浆能够显著提高雌雄果蝇体内的抗氧化酶活力,降低丙二醛含量,且存在一定的剂量依赖性。实验结果表明,蓝靛果原浆具有抗衰老作用。The anti-aging effect of Lonicera eclulis pulp was studied,using Drosophila melanogaster as model organism.The male and female Drosophila melanogaster were randomly divided into blank control group and high,medium and low dose groups for survival experiment and the determination of antioxidant enzyme activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in Drosophila melanogaster.Compared with the control group,the average maximum lifespan of male drosophila was significantly prolonged in the medium-dose and high-dose groups,respectively 9.83%(P<0.05)and 12.56%(P<0.05)and the average maximum lifespan of female drosophila was significantly prolonged in the medium-dose and high-dose groups,respectively 16.92%(P<0.05)and 17.41%(P<0.05).The results of antioxidant experiment showed that feeding Lonicera eclulis pulp could significantly improve the activity of antioxidant enzymes and reduce the content of MDA in Drosophila melanogaster in a dose-dependent manner.The above results showed that Lonicera eclulis pulp had anti-aging effect.
