摘　　要：随着人民群众对文化旅游、休闲娱乐的美好生活需要不断增长,特色鲜明、丰富多样的大型主题乐园在我国兴起,既满足了群众精神层面的需求,又助力了国内旅游经济高质量发展。然而,投资大型主题乐园不仅需要面临前期的巨额建设资金、开园期的高额运营成本,还需要应对投资环境的变化带来的经营风险。文章针对国内大型主题乐园当下的发展机遇与风险挑战,从投资和财务管理的层面提出相关管理建议,以帮助主题乐园提高经营效益。With the increasing demand of the people for a better life in cultural tourism and leisure entertainment,large-scale theme parks with distinctive and diverse characteristics have emerged in China,which not only meet the spiritual needs of the people,but also contribute to the high-quality development of the domestic tourism economy.However,investing in large-scale theme parks not only faces huge construction funds in the early stages and high operating costs during the opening period,but also needs to address the operational risks brought about by changes in the investment environment.In response to the current development opportunities and risks and challenges of large-scale theme parks in China,relevant management suggestions are proposed from the perspectives of investment and financial man-agement to help theme parks improve operational efficiency.
