摘 要:讨论了输电线路动态载流量计算的启动时间问题,基于影响输电线路载流量的2个主要因素——温度和风速,结合长序列的历史气象数据,通过对相邻时段风速的互信息分析,总结出不同季节条件下日内24 h风速的变化规律,根据这些变化规律,提出了在1条线路或1个区域内输电线路动态载流量日内计算时间点的设置方法。在某省1条220 kV输电线路的全年仿真验证中,验证了所提计算方法相对于静态环境算法对同一条输电线路载流量有较大的扩容能力。The start-up time of dynamic current carrying capacity calculation of transmission lines is discussed in this paper.Then,based on two main factors that affect the carrying capacity of a transmission line-temperature and wind speed,combined with a long sequence of historical meteorological data,the variation laws of the intra-day 24-hour wind speed under different seasonal conditions are summarized by analyzing the mutual information of the wind speed in adjacent periods.In accordance with these variation laws,a method for calculating the time periods in the day of dynamic current carrying capacity of a transmission line or a region is proposed.In a year-round simulation validation of a 220 kV transmission line in certain province,it is verified that,the proposed method has greater capacity of capacity expansion in the same transmission line compared with that of the static environment algorithm.
