摘　　要：基于332家企业调研数据,研究了沟通网络、资源获取对企业合作绩效的影响,以及网络能力的调节效应。实证研究结果表明:正式沟通网络和非正式沟通网络均对企业合作绩效具有显著正向影响,知识资源和运营资源获取在沟通网络与企业合作绩效关系间起中介作用,知识资源获取对运营资源获取具有显著正向影响,网络能力正向调节了知识资源获取、运营资源获取与企业合作绩效之间的关系,且同时具有调节的中介作用。希望研究结果能够为企业间合作管理实践提供一定的参考价值。Based on the survey data of 332 enterprises,this paper studies the effects of communication network and resource acquisition on corporate cooperation performance,and the moderation effect of network capability.The empirical results show that formal and informal communication networks both have a significant positive effect on corporate cooperation performance.Knowledge resource acquisition and operation resource acquisition play a mediating role in the relationship between communication network and corporate cooperation performance.Knowledge resource acquisition has a significant positive impact on operation resource acquisition.Network capability positively moderates the relationship among knowledge resource acquisition,operation resource acquisition and corporate cooperation performance,and plays a mediating role with the moderation effect.The results of this study can provide some reference values for the practice of cooperative management.
