摘  要:首先对激光测角原理进行了分析介绍,结合激光测角装置大瞬时视场、大线性区范围和高测角精度的要求,通过研究和分析激光测角装置光学系统像差控制方法,针对特定激光测角装置光学设计要求,通过对光学系统设计参数的分解,利用光学设计软件设计了一套激光测角装置光学系统,针对设计结果提出全面的设计结果评价方法,分别对光斑直径、光斑圆规则度、畸变、能量分布均匀性等设计结果参数进行评价,并利用设计的验证方法对测角范围、线性区范围和测角精度进行仿真验证,仿真验证结果表明设计光学系统测角范围可达±18°,线性区范围可达±7°,测角精度小于3 mrad,满足测角装置对测角范围、线性区范围和测角精度的要求。The principle of laser angle measurement was introduced and analyzed.According to the wide range of instant field angle,wide range of linear field angle and high accuracy of angle measurement,by researching and analy-zing method of the optical aberration control,an optical system for device of laser angle measurement was designed with optical software.Then the evaluation method of design quality was presented,by evaluating the radius,roundness,distortion,energy-uniformity of beam spot and range of linear field angle.By simulating,the range of instant angle is±18°,the rang of linear angle is±7°,the accuracy of angle measurement is 3 mrad,the designed optical system can meet the requirements of wide range of instant angle,wide range of linear angle and high accuracy of angle measure-ment.
