摘　　要：森林作为重要的自然资源,不仅可以起到保育土壤、调节气候的作用,还对国家生态安全和经济社会可持续发展起到一定的具有基础性和战略性的作用。提高森林覆盖率,是真正的功在当代,利在千秋。延安时期陕甘宁边区植树造林工作,是在党中央和边区政府领导下,全边区人民共同参与的一项伟大事业。在具体实施中,延安时期陕甘宁边区给我们留下了许多行之有效的宝贵经验,也暴露出一些问题。研究延安时期陕甘宁边区植树造林工作正反经验,有着重要的现实意义,对实现中国式生态现代化提供了很好的借鉴参考。Forests,as important natural resources,not only play a role in soil conservation and climate regulation,but also play a fundamental and strategic role in national ecological security and sustainable economic and social development.Improving forest coverage is a true achievement in the present and a benefit for the future.The afforestation work in the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia Border Region during the Yan'an period was a great undertaking jointly participated by the people of the entire border region under the leadership of the Party Central Committee and the border region government.In the specific implementation,the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia Border Region during the Yan'an period left us with many valuable and effective experiences,but also exposed some problems.Studying the positive and negative experiences of afforestation in the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia Border Region during the Yan'an period has important practical significance and provides a good reference for achieving Chinese style ecological modernization.
