高校生化实验室易制毒易制爆化学品管理探讨

摘　　要：易制毒、易制爆化学品作为高校生化类实验室常用化学品,使用率高、使用量大且使用种类多,是实验室重点危险源之一,这两类化学品的管理需要同时考虑化学危险性和国家相关管控要求。按照管控要求,易制毒易制爆化学品应有专门存储场所,但受硬件条件所限,很多使用单位不具备该条件。作者根据自身工作经验,总结了在硬件设施不完备的情况下,如何发挥管理以人为本的特性,完善易制毒与易制爆化学品的使用管理工作,希望能为其他使用单位提供借鉴。As the commonly used chemicals in university laboratories,precursor and explosive chemicals are one of the key hazard sources of laboratories with high utilization rate,large in amount and various types of use,the management of these two types should not only consider the chemical hazardous,but also comply with the control requirements of relevant national laws and regulations.According to the control requirements,there should be dedicated warehouse for precursor and explosive chemicals,but due to hardware limitations,many users do not meet this requirement.Based on the author's work experience,this paper summarizes how to give full play to the people-oriented characteristics to promote the management of precursor and explosive chemicals in the case of imperfect hardware facilities,hoping to provide reference for other users.
