摘  要:为提高电力输电线路的故障定位精度,引进无人机低空摄影技术,开展电力输电线路巡检方法的设计研究。为更加精准地采集无人机飞行中的斜射数据,设计无人机低空摄影巡检过程中的无人机航摄高度、导航高度、无人机起飞时的坡度角;完成图像采集后,设计电力线特征图像的滤波处理,使用矢量算法,对完成处理后图像中的关键信息进行扫描,实现对图像中电力输电线路的检测识别;根据无人机巡检过程,进行输电线路内部传输线路等效行为的提取,结合检测识别到的线路矢量图,构建针对电力输电线路巡检线路的等效电路图,以此实现对电力输电线路巡检中的故障智能定位。对比实验结果表明,设计的巡检方法应用效果良好,可以提高对故障点的定位精度,降低定位结果中的平面误差与高程误差。In order to improve the accuracy of fault location for power transmission lines,unmanned aerial vehicle low altitude photography technology is introduced to carry out design research on inspection methods for power transmission lines.To more accurately collect oblique shooting data during drone flight,design the drone aerial photography altitude,navigation altitude,and design slope angle during drone takeoff during low altitude photography inspection process.After completing image acquisition,design filtering processing for power line feature images,use vector algorithms to scan the key information in the processed images,and achieve detection and recognition of power transmission lines in the images.Based on the drone inspection process,extract the equivalent behavior of internal transmission lines of power transmission lines,and combine the detected line vector map to construct an equivalent circuit diagram for power transmission line inspection lines,in order to achieve intelligent fault localization in power transmission line inspection.The comparative experimental results show that the designed inspection method has a good application effect,which can improve the positioning accuracy of fault points and reduce the plane error and elevation error in the positioning results.
