摘  要:为降低10 kV配网架空输电线路带电作业时的危险率,开展对其带电作业技术的研究。确定带电作业的安全距离,并设计组合间隙,结合蚁群算法,选择10 kV配网架空输电线路进入等电位路径,最后完成架空输电线路电位转移作业。实践证明,应用新的带电作业技术后,危险率能够控制在规定要求的10-5以下,不仅可以保障作业人员的人身安全,而且避免了对线路运营的影响。In order to reduce the risk of live working on 10 kV overhead transmission lines in the distribution network,research has been conducted on their live working technology.Determine the safe distance for live working and design combined gaps,combined with ant colony optimization algorithms,the overhead transmission line of 10 kV distribution network is selected to enter the equipotential path.Finally,complete the potential transfer operation of the overhead transmission line.Through the practical application of the new live working technology,it has been proven that after the application of the new live working technology,the danger rate can be controlled below the specified requirements of 10-5,with extremely high work safety,ensuring the personal safety of operators while avoiding the impact on line operation.
