摘 要:汽车零部件的轻量化设计是汽车轻量化的一个主要途径,针对商用车锁体支架零件开展了包括材料和结构在内的轻量化设计。选用319S铝合金作为锁体支架材料,通过对商用车原锁体支架建立三维模型和拓扑优化,在保证锁体支架使用性能的条件下,对经拓扑优化的支架结构进一步改进,对改进后的锁体支架进行了有限元分析。结果表明,优化设计的锁体支架最大应力远小于319S铝合金的许用强度,轻量化效果达到83.97%。The lightweight design of automotive parts is one of the main ways of automobile lightweight,and the lightweight design including materials and structures has been carried out for the lock body bracket parts of commercial vehicles.319S aluminum alloy was selected as the lock body bracket material,and through the establishment of a three-dimensional model and topology optimization of the original lock body bracket for commercial vehicles,the topology optimized bracket structure was further improved under the condition of ensuring the performance of the lock body bracket,and the finite element analysis of the improved lock body bracket was carried out.The results show that the maximum stress of the optimized lock body bracket is much less than the allowable strength of 319S aluminum alloy,and the lightweight effect reaches 83.97%.
