高校-医院联合平台实验室管理模式探究

摘　　要：高校实验室平台是为人才培养、科学实验提供强力支持的重要场所。建立科学高效的实验室平台管理模式是高质量科研实验平台建设的迫切任务,对于科研实验平台的发展具有十分重要的意义。近年来,我国高校实验室建设迅猛发展,同时也存在许多亟待解决和突破的瓶颈。文章从高校-医院联合实验室建设的角度介绍联合实验室管理的管理体系、组织架构、设备及人员管理方式;着重对高校-医院联合平台实验室质量体系文件的建立、人才引进和培养体系建设、实验室安全保障体系建设和联合平台实验室管理的改革与创新进行论述,并对实验室人员和设备管理方式进行讨论,探讨和分析实验室管理中存在和亟待解决的问题及应对策略,为高校-医院联合实验室平台建设提供参考。University laboratory platform is an important place to provide strong support for talent training and scientific experiments.The establishment of scientific and efficient laboratory platform management mode is an urgent task for the construction of high-quality scientific research and experiment platform,which is of great significance for the development of scientific research and experiment platform.In recent years,laboratory construction in Chinese universities has developed rapidly,and there are many bottlenecks that need to be solved and broken through.This paper introduced the management system,organization structure,equipment and personnel management mode of the joint laboratory management from the perspective of the construction of universityhospital joint laboratory.The paper focuses on the establishment of quality system documents,the construction of talent introduction and training system,the construction of laboratory security system and the reform and innovation of laboratory management on the joint platform of university and hospital,discussed the management mode of laboratory personnel and equipment,discussed and analyzed the existing and urgent problems and countermeasures in the laboratory management,and provided references for the construction of the university-hospital joint laboratory platform.
