基层医疗机构社区护士核心能力提升的实践与探讨

摘　　要：随着医改的不断深入,分级诊疗与医联体工作的大力推进,居民对社区卫生服务的需求不断增加。社区护士在基层医疗卫生服务体系中扮演着重要的角色,他们负责为社区居民提供基本的医疗护理服务、公共卫生服务及健康促进服务等。由于社区护士工作环境的特殊性,他们需要具备一定的核心能力来应对各种挑战和需求。笔者通过南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院第三分院紧密型医联体单位即下属社区卫生服务中心社区护士核心能力提升的实践进行总结,旨在探讨提升基层医疗机构社区护士核心能力的实践和方法,以达到提高社区护士综合素质,提升核心能力,提高工作效能、服务质量及居民满意度的目的。With the continuous deepening of medical reform and the vigorous promotion of graded diagnosis and treatment and medical integration,the demand for community health services among residents continues to increase.Community nurses play an important role in the grassroots medical and health service system,responsible for providing basic medical care services,public health services,and health education to community residents.Due to the unique working environment of community nurses,they need to possess certain core competencies to cope with various challenges and needs.The author summarizes the practice of enhancing the core competence of community nurses in the affiliated community health service center,a close medical consortium unit of Third Branch,the Affiliated Huai'an No.1 People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University.The aim is to explore the practices and methods of enhancing the core competence of community nurses in grassroots medical institutions,in order to improve the comprehensive quality of community nurses,enhance core competencies,and improve work efficiency,service quality,and resident satisfaction.
