摘　　要：目的调查原发性脑肿瘤(PBT)患者自我感受负担(SPB)现状并分析其影响因素。方法选取2022年3月至11月在四川省南充市某三甲医院神经外科住院部的270例患者作为研究对象,进行横断面调查研究。调查工具包括一般资料调查表、卡诺夫斯基功能状态量表(KPS)和自我感受负担量表(SPBS-CP)。采用多元线性回归分析SPB的影响因素。结果最终纳入257例PBT患者,患者的SPBS-CP总分为(53.18±22.19)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,病程>6个月、KPS评分≤70分、学历越低、医疗负担越重、照顾者为其他的患者SPBS-CP得分越高(P<0.05)。结论PBT患者SPB处于中度水平,医护人员应重点关注病程>6个月、KPS评分≤70分、学历低、医疗负担重、照顾者为其他的患者。Objective To investigate the status of self-perceived burden(SPB)in patients with primary brain tumor(PBT)and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted on 270 patients from March to November 2022 in the neurosurgery department,a top three hospital in Nanchong city,Sichuan province.The survey tools included general information questionnaire,Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS)and Self-Perceived Burden Scale for Cancer Patients(SPBS-CP).Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of SPB.Results Finally,a total of 257 patients with PBT were included,and the total score of SPBS-CP was(53.18±22.19)points.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the SPBS-CP scores of patients with course of disease>6 months,KPS score≤70 points,lower educational background,heavier medical burden and other caregivers were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The SPB of PBT patients is at a moderate level.Medical staff should focus on patients with a course of disease>6 months,KPS score≤70 points,low education,heavy medical burden,and other caregivers.
