福州市社区老年人孤独感水平的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的研究福州市社区老年人孤独感水平的影响因素。方法于各社区招募符合标准的老年人进行研究,收集其基本资料,开展社会网络、情绪、压力知觉、睡眠质量的调查评估,了解影响社区老年人孤独感水平的相关因素。结果将75例老年人分为:低孤独感组38例,中高孤独感组37例;两组老年人在教育水平、社会参与网络、压力知觉、焦虑情绪、领悟社会支持、睡眠质量之间的差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,社会参与网络、睡眠质量、朋友支持、压力知觉、教育水平,均会影响社区老年人的孤独感水平。结论良好的社会参与网络、朋友支持和睡眠质量为孤独感发生的保护因素;高压力知觉和教育水平为孤独感发生的危险因素,应给予老年人更多的关注和支持。Objective To explore the influencing factors of the loneliness among the elderly in communities in Fuzhou City.Methods Eligible elderly in communities were selected.Their basic information was collected.The social network,emotion,stress perception and sleep quality were evaluated to understand the factors affecting the level of loneliness of the elderly in communities.Results A total of 75 older adults were divided into low loneliness group(n=38)and medium-high loneliness group(n=37).There were significant differences in the education level,social participation,sleep quality,perceived social support,perceived stress,and anxiety between the two groups(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that social participation network,sleep quality,perceived friend support,perceived stress and education level were influencing factors for loneliness of the older adults in the community.Conclusion Sufficient social participation,friend support,and sleep quality were protective factors for the occurrence of loneliness,while the high perceived stress,and high level of education were risk factors for the occurrence of loneliness in older adults.More attention should be paid to support older adults from communities in the daily life.
