摘　　要：费城染色体(Ph染色体)阳性急性髓系白血病(Ph+AML)是一种临床罕见、生存率低、预后极差的白血病亚型,具有与慢性粒细胞白血病急髓变(CML-MBC)不同的临床及实验室特征,目前治疗尚无统一标准方案。本文报道1例经酪氨酸激酶抑制剂(TKI)、维奈克拉联合阿扎胞苷三联方案治疗获得显著疗效的Ph+AML患者,并复习相关文献,以期提高对该疾病的认识,同时为临床治疗提供参考。Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute myeloid leukemia(Ph+AML)is a rare subtype of leukemia with low survival rate and extremely poor prognosis.It has different clinical and laboratory features from chronic my-eloid leukemia in myeloid blast crisis(CML-MBC).Currently,there is no unified standard treatment scheme for Ph+AML.This paper reports a case of Ph+AML patient who received a significant therapeutic effect after the triple regimen of Tyrosine kinase inhibitor(TKI),venetoclax,and azacitidine,and reviews relevant literature in order to improve the un-derstanding of the disease and provide reference for clinical treatment.
