摘　　要：文章针对如何建设好高水平的省级教育数据中心,如何为“三高四新”战略实施智慧赋能,提出基于业务驱动、松耦合、数据重用三个原则去发挥数据价值,推动创新输出。在实施层面上,省级教育数据中心以数据中台为核心,整合教育各类数据,以数据治理为着力点盘活教育数据资产,以数据服务为土壤滋养业务创新,从而建立一个安全、高效、稳定、开放的省级教育大数据中心,赋能教育业务,驱动创新。Aiming at how to build a high-level provincial education data center and how to enable the implementation of the"three high and four new"strategy,this paper proposes three principles,namely,business driven,Loose coupling and data reuse,to give play to the value of data and promote innovation output.On the implementation level,the provincial education data center takes the data center as the core,integrates various education data,revitalizes education data assets with data governance as the focus,and nourishes business innovation with data services as the soil,so as to establish a safe,efficient,stable and open provincial education Big data center,enable education business,and drive innovation.
