复方胃痛胶囊联合四联疗法用于幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性慢性胃炎采用复方胃痛胶囊联合四联疗法的临床效果。方法选取西南医科大学附属医院消化内科2021年6月—2021年12月诊治的87例Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者,借助随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,43例对照组患者采用四联疗法,44例试验组患者进行复方胃痛胶囊联合四联疗法干预。对比2组患者干预2周后Hp根除情况、临床效果与不良反应发生状况。结果在临床总有效率上,试验组的93.18%(41/44)高于对照组的74.42%(32/43)(P<0.05)。在Hp根除率上,试验组的86.36%(38/44)高于对照组的86.05%(37/43)(P>0.05)。在不良反应发生率上,试验组的6.82%(3/44)低于对照组的11.63%(5/43)(P>0.05)。结论复方胃痛胶囊联合四联疗法用于Hp阳性慢性胃炎,能够使症状大幅减轻,不良反应减轻,有确切的临床效果。Objective To study the clinical effects of compound Weitong capsule and quadruple therapy in the treatment of Helico⁃bacter pylori(Hp)-positive chronic gastritis.Methods Eighty-seven patients with Hp positive chronic gastritis admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from June 2021 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number method.Forty-three patients in the control group were treated with quadruple therapy only,and 44 patients in the experimental group were treated with compound Weitong capsule combined with quadruple therapy.The clinical effect,eradication of Hp and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment.Results The clinical total effective rate of experimental group was 93.18%(41/44),which was higher than that of control group(74.42%,32/43)(P<0.05).The eradication rate of Hp in experimental group was 86.36%(38/44),which was higher than that in control group(86.05%,37/43)(P>0.05).The incidence of AR in the experimental group was 6.82%(3/44),which was lower than that in the control group(11.63%,5/43)(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of compound Weitong capsule and quadruple therapy for Hp positive chronic gastritis had sig⁃nificant improvement in patients’symptoms and reduced adverse reactions,and has definite clinical efficacy.
