摘  要:目的:探讨计算机辅助设计与制作(CAD/CAM)全瓷高嵌体修复牙齿缺损的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年1月柳州市人民医院口腔科收治的牙齿缺损患者156例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,各78例。对照组使用常规全瓷高嵌体修复,观察组使用CAD/CAM全瓷高嵌体修复。比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生情况、牙周指标。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。治疗前,两组牙龈出血指数(BI)、牙菌斑指数(PLI)、附着丧失(AL)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组BI、PLI、AL低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CAD/CAM全瓷高嵌体修复牙齿缺损的临床效果显著,能够减少并发症,改善患者牙周指标。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of CAD/CAM in repairing tooth defects.Methods:A total of 156 patients with tooth defect admitted to the Department of Stomatology,Liuzhou People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups with 78 cases each by random number table method.The control group was repaired with conventional all-porcelain onlays,and the observation group was repaired with CAD/CAM onlays.The treatment effect,complications and periodontal indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in gingival bleeding index(BI),plaque index(PLI)and attachment loss(AL)between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,BI,PLI and AL in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of CAD/CAM all-porcelain inlay in repairing tooth defect is remarkable,which can reduce complications and improve the periodontal index of patients.
