屈光性调节性内斜视中高度屈光参差发生弱视及远期立体视盲的概率分析

摘　　要：目的:分析屈光性调节性内斜视中高度屈光参差发生弱视及远期立体视盲的概率。方法:选取2020年6月-2022年6月泰安市第一人民医院收治的屈光性调节性内斜视患儿66例作为研究对象,根据患儿入院时屈光参差数值分为中度组与高度组,各33例。患儿统一接受针对性弱视治疗和全矫配镜,比较两组患儿的弱视率、屈光参差及立体视盲率。结果:高度组弱视检出率高于中度组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.039)。初诊时,高度组屈光参差值高于中度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);末次随访时,两组屈光参差比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高度组患儿立体视盲率高于中度组,正常立体视率低于中度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:屈光性调节性内斜视患儿初诊屈光参差越大,弱视检出率越高,末次随访立体视觉恢复效果越差。Objective:To analyze the probability of amblyopia and long-term stereoscopic blindness in refractive accommodative esotropia with moderate to high anisometropia.Methods:A total of 66 children with refractive accommodative esotropia admitted to the First People's Hospital of Taian from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.These children were divided into a moderate group and a high group based on the value of anisometropia at admission,with 33 cases in each group.The children received targeted amblyopia treatment and full correction glasses,and the amblyopia rate,anisometropia and stereoscopic blindness rate were compared between two groups.Results:The detection rate of amblyopia in the high group was higher than that in the moderate group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.039).The anisometropia value in the high group was higher than that in the moderate group at the initial visit,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in anisometropia between the two groups at the last follow-up(P>0.05).The stereoscopic blindness rate in the high group was higher than that in the moderate group,the normal stereoscopic vision rate in the higher group was lower than that in the moderate group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The greater anisometropia in children with refractive accommodative esotropia at the initial visit is associated with the higher detection rate of amblyopia and the worse recovery effect of stereoscopic vision at the last follow-up.
