摘  要:目的:分析输血情景模拟考核在输血护理培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1-6月于淮安市第一人民医院分院参加输血护理培训的30名护士为对照组,选取2023年1-6月于淮安市第一人民医院分院参加输血护理培训的30名护士为研究组。对照组应用传统教学法,研究组应用输血情景模拟考核教学法。比较两组培训效果。结果:研究组学习兴趣、学习积极性、学习主动性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组理论知识、临床操作技能成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组发现问题能力、解决问题能力、应急事件处理能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组教学总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020)。结论:输血情景模拟考核在输血护理培训中的应用效果显著,可改善护士学习态度,提高输血护理知识掌握度、综合能力及教学满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of blood transfusion scenario simulation assessment in blood transfusion nursing training.Methods:A total of 30 nurses who participated in the blood transfusion nursing training in Huai'an First People's Hospital Branch from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the control group,and 30 nurses who participated in the blood transfusion nursing training in Huai'an First People's Hospital Branch from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected as the study group.The control group used the traditional teaching method,and the study group used the blood transfusion scenario simulation assessment teaching method.The training effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of learning interest,learning enthusiasm and learning initiative in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical operation skills in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The scores of problem finding ability,problem solving ability and emergency handling ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total teaching satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.020).Conclusion:The application effect of blood transfusion scenario simulation assessment in blood transfusion nursing training is significant,which can ameliorate nurses'learning attitude,and improve the mastery of blood transfusion nursing knowledge,comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction.
