摘 要:目前高职院校存在女生就业率偏低、专业对口率偏低、就业待遇较低、就业壁垒较多等问题。就业观念落后、就业能力不足、就业意识不强、就业帮扶不足以及社会不确定性因素是影响高职女生就业困难的主要原因。为实现女生高质量就业,高职院校应采取开展就业理念教育、推进就业育人、加强就业指导、健全就业帮扶机制和应对不确定性因素等行动策略,以拓展就业渠道、提升就业能力、增强就业技巧、维护就业利益和减少不确定性因素影响。At present,there are some problems for female graduates in higher vocational colleges,such as low employment rate,low professional matching ratio,low salaries and more employment barriers.Backward employment concept,insufficient employment ability,weak employment consciousness,insufficient employment assistance and social uncertainty are the main reasons affecting the employment difficulties of female students in higher vocational colleges.In order to achieve high-quality female employment,higher vocational colleges should carry out employment concept education,promote employment education,strengthen employment guidance,improve employment support mechanism and cope with uncertainty factors such as strategy,to expand employment channels,improve employment ability,enhance employment skills,maintain employment interests and reduce the uncertainty factors.
