中药超声雾化联合人工泪液治疗泪液蒸发过快型干眼症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药超声雾化联合人工泪液治疗泪液蒸发过快型干眼症的临床疗效。方法:86例按随机数字表法分为研究组和参照组各43例。两组均用人工泪液治疗,研究组加用中药超声雾化治疗。结果:研究组总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组症状(异物感、疲劳感、干燥感、烧灼感、视力波动)、FL评分低于参照组而SIT、BUT评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组IL-17、IL-1β、MMP-9、MMP-2水平低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率与参照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药超声雾化联合人工泪液治疗泪液蒸发过快型干眼症疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ultrasonic atomization of Chinese herbs combined with artificial tears in the treatment of dry eye with excessive tear evaporation.Methods:Eighty-six cases were divided into the study group and the reference group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with artificial tears,and the study group were treated with ultrasonic atomization of Chinese herbs.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptoms(foreign body sensation,fatigue,dryness,burning sensation,visual acuity fluctuation)and FL scores of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,while SIT and BUT scores were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-17,IL-1β,MMP-9 and MMP-2 in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the reference group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasonic atomization of traditional Chinese medicine combined with artificial tears is effective in the treatment of dry eye with excessive tear evaporation.
