摘 要:试验旨在研究玉米秸秆饲粮模式下不同非纤维性碳水化合物(NFC)/中性洗涤纤维(NDF)比值对肉羊瘤胃发酵特性及血清生化指标的影响。选取15只健康、体重50 kg左右装有永久瘤胃瘘管的肉羊,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组试验羊分别饲喂NFC/NDF比值为0.65、1.02和1.57的全混合饲粮。预试期15 d,正式试验期7 d。结果显示,随着NFC/NDF比值的升高,瘤胃pH值有下降的趋势;而瘤胃液氨态氮(NH3-N)含量呈现先升高后降低的趋势。随着采食时间的增加,瘤胃菌体蛋白(MCP)含量呈现先降低后升高的趋势。随饲粮NFC/NDF比值的升高,采食6 h后,总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)有上升的趋势;试验Ⅰ组肉羊血清总蛋白(TP)含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05),脂多糖(LPS)、白蛋白(ALB)含量显著低于其他组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组肉羊血清甘油三酯(TG)含量显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),游离脂肪酸(NEFA)含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组肉羊血清尿素氮(BUN)和瘦素(LEP)的含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05),胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)含量显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在玉米秸秆饲粮模式下NFC/NDF为1.02时,可改善肉羊瘤胃内环境,提高机体抗氧化水平。The study was to investigate the effects of different NFC/NDF ratios on the ruminal fermentation characteristics and serum biochemical indexes of mutton sheep under a corn straw diet.A total of 15 healthy,50 kg mutton sheep fitted with permanent rumen fistula were seclected,the mutton sheep in the groupⅠ,groupⅡ,and groupⅢwere fed a total mixed diet feeding with NFC/NDF ratios of 0.65,1.02,and 1.57,respectively.The pre-test period was 15 days,and the formal test period was seven days.The results showed that with the increase of NFC/NDF ratio,the rumen pH value decreased.However,the content of ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N)in rumen liquid first increased and then decreased.With the increase of feeding time,bacterial protein(MCP)content first decreased and then increased.With the increase of NFC/NDF ratio,the total volatile fatty acids(TVFA)increased after 6 h.The concentration of serum total protein(TP)in the groupⅠwas significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05),while the concentrations of lipopolysaccharide(LPS)and albumin(ALB)were significantly lower than that in other groups(P<0.05).The concentration of serum triglyceride(TG)in the groupⅡwas significantly higher than that in the groupⅠ(P<0.05),and the concentration of free fatty acid(NEFA)was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).The concentrations of serum urea nitrogen(BUN)and leptin(LEP)in the groupⅢwere significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05),the concentration of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)was significantly higher than that in the groupⅡ(P<0.05),and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)was significantly lower than that in other groups(P<0.05).The results showed that when NFC/NDF ratio was 1.02 in the corn straw diet mode,the rumen environment and the antioxidant level of mutton sheep could be improved.
