扁茎黄芪茎叶营养成分的研究

摘  要:试验旨在比较不同取样地点扁茎黄芪茎叶的营养成分含量。选取不同取样地点的扁茎黄芪样品,按照国家饲料营养成分测定的方法对其茎叶营养成分及矿物质元素含量进行测定。结果显示,扁茎黄芪茎叶干物质含量为88.82%~95.85%,粗蛋白含量为9.91%~14.47%,粗纤维含量为17.44%~25.89%,粗脂肪含量在1.42%~4.98%,粗灰分含量为4.81%~12.41%,无氮浸出物含量为43.35%~53.00%,钙含量为148.10~530.98μg/g,铜含量为0.60~7.17μg/g,铁含量为24.38~118.41μg/g,镁含量为29.04~34.27μg/g,锰含量为2.48~6.97μg/g,钾含量为102.21~2306.46μg/g,钠含量为19.42~88.92μg/g,锌含量为0.07~1.90μg/g。研究表明,扁茎黄芪茎叶含有丰富的营养成分和矿物质元素,可作为牧草饲料使用;其中前郭查干湖、洮南永茂、通榆县、白城洮北区及乾安民字村5个取样地点的扁茎黄芪均达到豆科牧草标准,可作为豆科牧草加以开发利用。The aim of the experiment was to compare the nutrient content of the stem and leaf of Astragalus complanatus R.Brown at different sampling spots.The nutrients and mineral elements content of the stem and leaf of Astragalus complanatus R.Brown were determined according to the national method of nutrient composition determination of feed.The results showed that the dry matter content of the stem and leaf of Astragalus complanatus R.Brown was 88.82%~95.85%,the crude protein content was 9.91%~14.47%,the crude fiber content was 17.44%~25.89%,the crude fat content was 1.42%~4.98%,the crude ash content was 4.81%~12.41%,the non-nitrogen extract content was 43.35%~53.00%,the calcium content was 148.10~530.98μg/g,the copper content was 0.60~7.17μg/g,the iron content was 24.38~118.41μg/g,the magnesium content was 29.04~34.27μg/g,the manganese content was 2.48~6.97μg/g,the potassium content was 102.21~2306.46μg/g,the sodium content was 19.42~88.92μg/g,and the zinc content was 0.07~1.90μg/g.The study indicates that the stem and leaf of Astragalus complanatus R.Brown are rich in nutrients and mineral elements and can be used as forage.Among them,the five samples from Chaganhu,Tao-nan Yongmao,Tongyu County,Baicheng Tao-bei District,and Qian'an Minzi village all reach the standard of leguminous forage and can be used as leguminous forage.
